I get the same error message on all pages associated with my domain name. I downloaded and activated them and I’m still getting the error message. * When I download a plugin is it automatically reflected on the server? Is phpMyAdmin a program that I need to download? I do have access to the FTP files but I’m not sure which files to copy without copying the malware. It worked just like you said by uploading the image you want into a new post (remember to link it to the url you want) and then copy and paste into a new text widget on whichever side you want it.
