 * At this point what I know is that despite a WP file visibly lurking in my personal
   web site directory, the only way I can access WP is through a link to the external
   WP site. I no longer have CP in my WP directory. I have downloaded and unzipped
   the CP file and have been unable to copy them to the WP theme directory. Perhaps
   I do not understand the hierarchy of the files?

 * I thought it would come along with the rest of the transferred site. So no, I
   did not reinstall it. Installing it the first time (in 2009) was a nightmare 
   and I still don’t really get how it was done so could not repeat it.
