 * Same result with either method. I think they may really be the same mechanism,
   but didn’t know for sure so tested both.

 * Hi. Yes. As stated above I deactivated all plugins.
 * ” I did the trick of deactivating all plugins. Made no difference. “
 * Yes, changed theme to 2016 when all plugins are turned off.
 * Yes, it still occurs.
