 * Thanks for the tip, Handy.
 * This was a case of user error. I was expecting that clicking the link would do
   something good, like subscribing to the feed (i.e. adding a Firefox Live Bookmark).
 * In fact, the correct thing to do in Firefox is to
    1. Right Click on the feed
   link. 2. Copy link location. 3. Bookmarks – Manage Bookmarks 4. File – New Live
   Bookmark 5. Paste the copied link into the Feed Location box.
 * Seems terribly obvious now.
 * The next step will be to get the Live Bookmark icon working in the status bar.
