 * I did kind of a workaround. Not a true solution though.
 * Using FTP I went into the headers file, within the images file, within the 2010
   theme and took my image(which I already had exact pixel size) and renamed it 
   path.jpg. Once I choose path as my header image. My image came up.
 * A very messy solution I know. Wish I could have had a better solution but it 
   works.
