 * Hi, I had the same problem. I deleted Give, installed version 1.4.5, made sure
   categories and tags were enabled, saved permalinks, and then upgraded to 1.5.2.
   I can create the categories and tags, but the option to use them doesn’t appear
   under Donations, or anywhere that I can find. Can you please advise? Thank you.
