 * I haven’t got a screenshot of my ip being blocked at the moment as I have had
   to deactivate Wordfence and run with another security program as I need to work
   on the site.

 * OK….host said they can’t help me out.
 * In phpMYAdmin I can’t even open the wp_posts file to repair it…..Am I doomed????
