Basically you need to contact your hoster becuase this looks like a error with them.

do you have the UTF-8 code
OK go to dashboard. then go to options. then reading. then scroll down and it will tell you:
Syndication Feeds
there you should be able to fix this
The my profile page is for your profile not your blog.
OK to change the about page on your blog go the dashboard and click manage. Then locate the pages tab click on that. Then select the page about and click edit. You can edit it through that. Any other questions.
