 * Hi – I am having the same issue. WP recently updated and the playlist was working.
   I installed a new plugin and got some errors so I deactivated and removed that
   plugin and now shortcode for AI playlist is what displays. I have deactivated
   and reactivated the Audioigniter plugin but no change.

 * Yes. the blogs.pstcc.edu blog is the main site. I have a Super Admin account
   that I use to see the network admin stuff as well as the main blog.
 * From what I can see in the database, our main site uses the wp_1_options table.

 * We are running 4.8.1 This installation is over 10 years old and was upgraded
   from the WPMU install to WordPress Multisite with 3.0. I think that is why there
   is no wp_options table. All of the individual blogs have their own specific wp_##
   _options table instead.

 * Also, the table prefix in config file is wp_

 * There is not a table called ‘wordpress.mu_options’ nor one simply called wp_options.
   There are thousands of tables called wp_###_options where the ### is the blog
   number in the multisite.

 * I just did the tried and true – removed all mu plugins and started from scratch.
   I think I found the problem with a combination of theme and cets_theme_info.php.
 * Lost some functionality but got my theme page back.

 * I do have the lastest but it is clearly a problem with the menus plugin.

 * Hi,
    I did get what I thought was the latest but it does appear to be a problem
   with the ds_wp3_menus plugin. Removing it from the mu_plugins folder allows Export
   functions to appear for all users.
 * It also fixed our Gravatar problem as well.
 * I like having the ability to control what menus are available to users but I
   think the export function wins out!
 * I am going to go back and ensure I have the latest (the one I have is listed
   as 3.0.1)
 * Thanks for help!
