 * In addition to my other problem posted about the bar not showing on homepage 
   at [http://www.premiumwebsitebrokers.com/](http://www.premiumwebsitebrokers.com/),
   the message bar only shows up when I’m logged in as Admin. It doesn’t show up
   at all when I’m logged out.
 * I’ve turned cached off in WP Super Cache plugin, cleared cache pages, tried a
   different web browser, and I even waited 24 hours. But the bar doesn’t show up
   when I’m logged out.
 * If I can get some assistance with these 2 problems, I’d appreciate it. Thanks.
