 * Thanks for the detailed clarification [@roselldk](https://wordpress.org/support/users/roselldk/)
   and apologies for the delayed response. As long as the featured image is served
   in webp format, we are satisfied (even though it’s still confusing that what
   we are able to download is a jpeg and it’s large in size, we just hope this is
   not what browsers read). You have an awesome plugin, we’ll definitely buy you
   cofee

 * Hello [@roselldk](https://wordpress.org/support/users/roselldk/) yes, Patricia-
   80.jpg is the featured image. When I right-click in it to ‘save image as’, it
   proceeds to download a .jpg image. This is not the same for other jpeg images
   within the post, which when I save-as, download a .webp image. I thought it might
   be a caching conflict so I cleared our cache and even tried incognito, same thing.
 * Do you mean that even though it’s downloading a jpeg, it’s implicitly serving
   a webp? Even though other images within the post are explicitly downloading webp?

 * Hello [@mateuszgbiorczyk](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mateuszgbiorczyk/)
   thanks for this plugin. We manually edited nginx configuration as suggested in
   the FAQ and then restarted it. However, still get the server configuration error
   message saying “rewrites_not_executed”. I was wondering is switching to Pass
   Thru method would work, hence why I found this page. It doesn’t seem to work,
   any alternate solutions?

 * [@stv11c](https://wordpress.org/support/users/stv11c/) this helped, thank you!
   Just to add that you are missing a ‘_cf7’ in the add_action line

 * Hello [@bornforphp](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bornforphp/) we are experiencing
   the same issue. The wpo-cache folder ownership keeps switching to root, even
   though our nginx and php environment are owned by another user. This affects
   ability for WP-Optimize to cache and whenever we fix file permissions to switch
   back to right owner, it usually resets to root after a few days. Web host says
   this is outside their scope and must be an issue with Wp-Optimize

 * Hello [@jamesosborne](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jamesosborne/)
 * 1. Site Health information shared via the form
    2. At the very first stage of
   attempting to connect the service 3. No, it doesn’t allow me to proceed. Same
   error message and the ‘confirm and continue’ button is greyed out.
 * Thank you
