 * I just found a workaround. Go to this link: [https://yourdomainname.com/wp-admin/options.php](https://yourdomainname.com/wp-admin/options.php).(
   just copy and paste- apparently you can’t find this page any other way) Do a
   search for the old email (the one you are ditching) and replace with your new
   one. Save. Now you don’t need the email confirmation.

 * Hi, I wasn’t receiving confirmation emails for either 1) changing my user (admin)
   email address or 2) changing the main email field in General>Settings. Then,
   I disabled WP Forms and the WP SMTP Plugin and re-triggered both types of confirmation
   email change. The User email now works and is changed! The General>Settings one
   is still stuck. I suspect another plugin, but don’t have any obvious suspects
   at this point. I guess I’ll disable them all one by one and then test and add
   them back one by one.

 * Oh, I just found the shortcode and got it installed on a page. Now, my only comment
   is about being able to change the number of answer options without the fields
   going blank if I’ve already filled some in.
 * Later, I’ll have comments about data collection and organization.
 * Thanks!

 * Hi there,
 * I am trying to use the plugin, and I just created and saved a survey, and now
   I can’t find it. Where are they stored? I assume there’s a shortcode or something
   to get it into a page?
 * Also, I have a suggestion regarding an interface improvement. Right now, if you
   don’t know in advance how many answer options to create for a question, you get
   into trouble. I might think, for example, that I have 4 possible radio button
   choices for the question, and I’ll choose 4, and fill them in, only to realize
   there’s another I’d like to add. If I then move the slider to 5, my previous
   4 disappear. Bummer.
 * Hey, I’d like to beta test for you because I really want to use this plugin,
   and surveys are going to be important to my business model, so contact me about
   working with you on feedback, testing and features. I’d especially need csv download.
 * The whole purpose of my use is to collect user behavior data in order to serve
   them better products, ads, and info, so that’ll be the lens I see the plugin
   through.
 * Thanks!
