 * The issues appears to be tied to Block themes.
 * On a generic install of v6.3.1 the top bar is there, but if I change the theme
   to a classic theme, like GeneratePress or TwentyTwentyOne, then the top bar is
   no longer visible.
 * With the Astra theme, the top bar is visible for some blocks but not for others.
   Very confusing.
 * This is a very frustrating issue and does not appear to be a browser issue as
   the behavior changes depending on the activated theme.

 * The repository page for the fluent smtp plugin DOES NOT INDICATE that this plugin
   compatible with the current version (6.2.2) of WordPress. Is this an issue, why
   is the plugin not compatible with the latest version of WordPress.

 * My question regards the fact that the plugin page in the repository states:
 * That the plugin is only tested up to version 6.1.2
 * So my question is:
 * Why is FluentSMTP not compatible with WordPress v6.2?
   And is this plugin not 
   being updated for current versions of WordPress?
    - Version: **2.2.4**
    - Last updated: **3 months ago**
    - Active installations: **100,000+**
    - WordPress Version:**5.5 or higher**
    - Tested up to: **6.1.2**
