 * Hi there,
 * I have a similar issue. Maybe I set up this plugin wrongly.
    I’ve done 3 home
   page variation in 3 language and assigned them to the language. but now when 
   i want to do home page, it says it needs to be translated to all 3 languages?
 * Am I missing something?
 * What have I don wrong?

 * I have similar issue. I have DHL enabled and DHL have confirmed that account 
   and all is correctly added but the methid is not showing in the cart as one of
   the options.

 * to manage when specific shipping methods should show or not.
