 * i’ve changed the config file as instructed. i’ve used several different ftp sites.
   i’ve uploaded everything right (i think) to my server (i’m using fatcow). i’ve
   even asked my friend who does this frequently what the problem is.
    but still!
   i’m not doing it right! the easy “5 minute install” has taken me five weeks! 
   please someone help me!!! 🙂
