 * I have only this plug in and I have been unable to DRAG / DROP any gallery into
   the album. I have looked all over with no solution. Note I have the latest Plug
   in for I just got it today.

 * I figured it out. In the ADMIN section of your web hosting you can ADD indexes.
   Most of the time this is OFF for the default are usually index.html. You will
   need to TURN this on if necessary and add index.html and index.php to be accepted.

 * What do you mean by “INclude … in directory indexes”. What is this?
