 * The message says you don’t have the Genesis Framework installed — i.e. your site
   is not using a StudioPress theme.
 * The plugin only works with child themes of the Genesis Framework (created by
   StudioPress.com). The description doesn’t make that very clear, but it does say
   it. Genesis Framework is a purchased product — currently $60 USD or you can purchase
   a theme from StudioPress and the Framework is included.

 * I can see the pdf files in the Media Library, even though my host won’t allow
   the Ghost and Imagick required to see the thumbnail for them.
    When I use the
   Gutenberg editor (haven’t tried classic) in a post or page and choose Image and
   select a Media Library Folder, images are shown but no pdf file shows, so can’t
   choose it. I can choose to upload at that point and that works, but still can’t
   see the pdf file. I work with a test wordpress install, but I have a live site
   that needs numerous pdf newsletters — [https://rcswa.org](https://rcswa.org).
   I will turn this over to the client in a few days and really wanted to have something
   simple for them to use.

 * I’m ready to concede the problem is me, or perhaps what I’m trying to do.
    I
   am storing PDF documents in the media library and they don’t show up when I try
   to insert into a post.

 * it’s useless to me if you can’t insert an image into a post or page, hence it
   wasted my time with false expectations. I won’t purchase a “pro” version hoping
   to discover if it will do what is implied and what I need.

 * I’m having same problem — and CSS is not the solution (not unless you want to
   hide all titles)
    I’m running WP 5.2.2 with Genesis 3.0.3 and PHP 7.3 and I’ve
   tried the Genesis Title Toggle plugin, but it isn’t working for me. There really
   needs to be a way to selectively choose to display (default) or not display page
   titles, IMO.

 * sorry, my reply was to the suggestion to use IP blocker. I believe WordFence
   does automatically ban IPs under some conditions.

 * thanks — I’ve looked at this and similar plugins. None I’ve found automatically
   block IP which attempt to access restricted files — e.g. files in theme directory
   or in plugins (including plugins which do not exist on the site). I also want
   to immediately ban any IP (that isn’t whitelisted) that attempts to access login.
   php
 * thanks again for the recommendation

 * I have turned off 5G and 6G both, but the line below keeps reappearing after
   I comment it out — and it stops files with commas in their names from being served:
 *     ```
       #AIOWPS_ADVANCED_CHAR_STRING_FILTER_START
       <IfModule mod_alias.c>
       RedirectMatch 403 \,
       ```
 * How do I stop this RedirectMatch line from being included?
 * The 6G rules cause the same problem … if I comment out this line, it works:
    `
   RedirectMatch 403 (?i)(~|`|<|>|:|;|,|%|\|\s|\{|\}|\[|\]|\|)`
 * FYI — the files with commas in their names are images.
 * thanks, I will try that.
 * The first string quoted is under the comment. Is it also part of “5G”?:
 *     ```
       #AIOWPS_ADVANCED_CHAR_STRING_FILTER_START
       <IfModule mod_alias.c>
       RedirectMatch 403 \,
       ```

 * Thank you for the reply. I do not have access to the ancestry.com team that maintains
   the rss feed. I pretty much knew in advance of asking the question that this
   would have to be a kluge to the plugin to rectify the error in the feed.
