 * Previously I turned off caching to see if that would fix it and it did not. I
   see it’s turned back on. The problem still exists. Am I supposed to be doing 
   something else? Thanks.

 * Yes the time zone is set to Denver and we are in their time zone. It is showing
   the correct local time.
