 * I didn’t know the problem was related to the logo. I hadn’t one, so I think I
   am going to set it rather than change the css.

 * That option hides what WordPress calls Tagline, not the Site Title.
 * I mean the text Site Title configured in Site Identity that goes (by default,
   I think) with the Header Image set in Header Media.
