   add a check to see if the current page has a disqus_thread before running the
   code. I opened that file and see you just added the conditional check for `document.
   getElementById('disqus_thread')`

 * Disabling dynamic translation fixed the 403 errors across the site and other 
   conflicts with a Vue template I was having on a specific template.

 * I noticed that when I unenqueue certain scripts in the screenshot below, that
   the number of 403 errors go down. For example, commenting out lazyload and the
   line for localizing the audit data, I only get 3 403 errors instead of 5.
 * Is there maybe some kind of order conflict with these scripts?

 * The security plugin we have was and continues to be deactivated and the errors
   are persisting. Any other ideas?
