 * I was able to update the plugin just fine but all files that users uploaded to
   their profile (images, etc) are now missing.

 * Here is an update. After several weeks it has started working again where after
   60mins it will update the feed. Before it was not actually updating after 60 
   mins. I would wait several hours with no update, and then I would manually clear
   the feed cache and update again.
 * I am not sure what has happened, but it is working again. I am sure others still
   have this same problem.

   I have refreshed the feed, the problem persists.

 * Never-mind, I forgot that there was a separate cache for the instagram feed in
   the settings of the plugin. I refreshed that cache and it now works again properly.
