 * My guess would be that the product or listing pages were made by the same account(
   you) and therefore you’re initiating a chat with that user (you) every time. 
   You’re seeing the username of the person you’re chatting with (you/admin). Does
   that make sense?

 * To be honest, I’m not sure since we haven’t tested that combination. But TalkJS
   seems to work perfectly fine with most WordPress plugins.

 * Although to be honest we haven’t thoroughly tested, it should work with any plugin/
   framework on top of WordPress (+ WooCommerce) because TalkJS uses any roles WordPress
   uses. And you can select what roles should be able to chat.
 * Hope this helps. But to be sure you can try it yourself for free. TalkJS is free
   in a development environment, you’ll only start paying when you actually go live.

 * Apologies for this extreme late reply– somehow your question got totally missed
   by us. To answer (if hopefully still relevant), yes for sure! TalkJS works very
   well with WC Vendors.
