 * When a WordPress site has a big number of users, a single execution can not handle
them. Therefore, total number of users needs to be split into smaller number
that a single execution can manage. But smaller the number for single execution
means higher the number of executions that makes total time to export selected
users. Depending on server resources it can be increased. Sometimes “Single Execution
Length” work with 500, even 900. So, you can try with higher value to optimize.

 * Actually, we are planning to create a site with 3 or 4 types of user. WP Job
Manager adds employer type. But we need 3/4 checkbox in the registration form
to allow user specify what are the role/roles he is going to play. Such as a
user can be employer and community member. There will be at least 2 type of user
   Employer and Job seeker.
 * Any idea about the issue? Thanks in advance.
