 * Exact same problem. Nothing but a URL and white screen after updating to the 
   very latest version (150626)
    Deleted the plugin via FTP and the site returns.
 * Hope you can fix because it really is the best caching plugin I’ve used and would
   be a shame if it didn’t work anymore…
