Please enable conversation and interaction logging if currently off.”But “Conversation and interaction logging” is on in my settings. * Using the shortcode `[chatbot_chatgpt_history]`, I get : “No conversations found.” * When I click the button “Download Token Usage Data” I get the same message: ** Chatbot: **No data in the file. Please enable conversation and interaction logging if currently off. * The only button that downloads a file with data is the interactions button “Download Interaction Data” * Thank you very much for your help. What theme are you using? If you are using Boot Store theme and you display your last posts in home use ‘Blog sidebar’ widgetized area.
