 * Hello Eli, thank you for the fast email reply and explanation. As I understood,
the Blue Host scan detected a SUSPICIOUS and UNOFFICIAL FOUND found in the “plugins-
old”. It seems that’s why the plugin did not detect it. Thank you, very kind
of you to check the file at the GitHub website and help me out. I am not an IT
person so it is helpful to have you and your plugin! I appreciate it! Best! 🙂

 * Hi There! The ongoing problem seems to be that the subscriber receives the confirmation
email, confirms, but **his email is not added to the subscriber’s list so the
email can be sent**, Any idea how to fix this? I would appreciate any additional
   help. Thank you!

 * Thank you again for the reply,
 * I checked the instructions and went to the System Status: There are NO error
messages. I am thinking that this may be an email incompatibility somewhere,
not sure. When I am scheduling the newsletters after designing it, both sender
   and rely-to show: [mail@holisticsync.com](https://wordpress.org/support/users/supportwp1941/replies/mail@holisticsync.com?output_format=md).
It seems that it should not be like this, but I tried changing it to my company
email and it did not work. I am wondering if this should be the default WordPress
email (which is not my company’s email) or if I need to authorize the email address.
I did not understand how to do this last part. I could not find the location
   inside the plugin.
 * Added to the description that I already sent, I need to add:
    – After the subscriber
signs up, Mailpoet sends a confirmation email, the subscriber clicks on it, and
is taken to page saying he has been subscribed. However, his name and email DO
NOT SHOW in the Mailpoet subscribers’ list (weird!). – Also, as the administrator,
I do receive an automatic message saying the someone has subscribed (with the
email address of the subscriber) Thank you for the help! I appreciate, I hope
we can figure it out. I have a bunch of people visiting my website daily. Txs
   much!

 * Thank you for the reply,
 * Yeah, this is the exact documentation that I followed. I watched the video several
times. I was going crazy and decided to start from scratch. So, all content was
deleted and I followed the video. Let me tell you what’s happening now. Maybe
   you can help me:
    1. Subscriber signs in through Elementor Form and the email
address immediately shows on the Elementor subscribers list. 2. Mailpoet sends
a confirmation link to the subscriber email; subscriber confirms and the confirmation
message appears (I created a nice page for this message) 3. The newsletter that
is scheduled to be sent immediately IS NOT SENT.
 * So, I followed the video and up to that point, it is working. However, after
the confirmation, the system is not sending the welcome newsletter that it is
supposed to send. I actually set up two Elementor forms, one for signing up to
email list and to get a free PDF. None of them are being sent. Any ideas? Thank
   you!

 * Hello, as instructed, I disabled all plugins and I discovered that the incompatibility
is with Elementor. When I disabled Elementor (the basic version), all the pencil-
edit buttons reappeared. However, Elementor is the site builder that I used to
build the whole site and there is no way that I can substitute it at this point
or permanently disable it to use Transltepress. So far, I like Translatepress
and I am having this type of incompatibility is just a few pages. However, I
also need to translate those. I also noticed that, when I have two columns, the
pencil-edit buttons only vanish on the right column in some sections. What can
I do in this case? Please, let me know. Txs!

 * Hello Jarno, the banner at the front-end worked for a few minutes. After I sent
you the last message, the problem came back. The front-end banner went back to
the default, and does not show the configuration of the banner that I have done
at the back-end. I spoke with my hosting provider several times and they tried
to help with the necessary fixes and other possible strategies… the first time
they fixed it (when I sent you the last message), but then the problem came back.
I talked to them again today. I am wondering if you have any other ideas of how
to troubleshoot this? Actually, I tried other cookie banner plugins, and it seems
that many of them don’t work in my site… They frequently have a problem with
the banner in the front-end. I hope I can fix the problems with Complianz so
I can use it. I would appreciate any ideas.. I went to Complianz website, but
I did not see the email for contacting you guys directly on your website. You
suggested to send the screenshots… how can I send them? This problem is driving
   me crazy. Txs!

 * Thank you for the reply. Yes, I have selected Complianz < Cookie banner > banner
settings… However, the problem I am referring to is that, whatever I choose at
the back-end (opt-in or opt-out), the banner I customize with my text, buttons,
etc…does not show in the front-end as I designed and configured. The front-end
only shows a very simple banner which is completely different from the one I
   customized at the backend. The site is not live yet, so I can’t send a link;
and there is no way to send snapshots here… Can you please let me know how to
troubleshoot this type of problem? I am testing this plugin and if it works,
I might buy the pro version. Txs!
