 * ok, i Did it.
 * there is also an update to the post, while triyng to figure out how to fix it,
   i discovered also that:
 * – Import folder does not works.
    – Create Gallery works only if i enter Manage
   Gallery and do “Create gallery” from inside an already existent gallery. – When
   Plug-in is active, I can see buttons in visual editor JUST using Internet Explorer,
   but not the Nextgen Gallery Green Icon. When I disable it, Visual editor is back
   wit all buttons working also with Chrome and Firefox without any problems.
 * Another update: I Updated the PHP version to 5.4.30 But has not solved the problem.
   
   Hope that sending Bug report as you suggested, will help to fix this problem.

 * so you think that if I contact my server provider on helpdesk and explain the
   problem they can fix it someway my hosting so that it will be ok?

 * it happens since version 3.2.1 every version has corrupted file? is there anything
   I can do to avoid manual update?
