When a customer buys two different products in the same order and the configuration for the inventory is set to Sold Individually, it cause the payment to be authorized then placed on Hold. Any solution? I have been able to sell things with no problem until now. I will choose a different gateway of payment. But I am still unable to get the license key to appear in the My Account tab. I disabled the theme and used the Default WordPress theme and still seems to not appear. I don’t have many plugins. I have already sold another key that is a different format and it was sold and delivered no problem. I can try your suggestions but I believe it might not work. The issue still remains on a product that can be sold as a group (i.e 5 keys at once), which I believe could be something to do with the format. The format of it goes like this, Username:Email:Password rather than previously mentioned. Attached is the Product License Manager tab. It’s the My Account page with the License Keys. When I go to that page there is no License Key. The status of the License Key in the table is Sold.
