So it must be something else. There seem to be conflicts with Easy Google Fonts and maybe other plugins including JetPack. With Google Fonts “active” I have no editing capabilities. I have to make my edits, then re-activate it. Jetpack was a problem, and I deactivated that long ago. Customizer was working up until a few days ago, so I don’t know what happened. I’ve had some problems with Jetpack, and wonder if that’s affecting it.
