 * One more thing Solarr. What type of document are you trying to upload? It has
   to be a file that is supported by the system. We listed them all out right there
   where you do the upload. So if you are getting an error, it is probably an unsupported
   file type. So, what file type were you using?
 * Thanks!

 * Hello Solarr,
 * 1. You can delete. It is the last button you see when you hit “View Bid” and
   then scroll all the way down to the bottom of that bid’s details.
 * 2. This is a browser deal and not a coding issue. PDF, ZIP, Images, and other
   types of files will have a download option. Others, for example .txt., will simply
   ask you if you want to save (which is downloading) or to view it with a particular
   program. When a user views the details file they can right click to “Save as”
   or anything they want. This is basic user “know how” in today’s day and age and
   our plugin is doing this in the correct way.
 * Or do you mean change the text of the button to say “Download something….” ?
   Is that what you need?
 * 3. I don’t understand “Section of Forms”. Please explain further.
 * 4. Can you provide login information to : [suppcontractors@gmail.com](https://wordpress.org/support/users/supcon/replies/suppcontractors@gmail.com?output_format=md)
   please? I will take a look. I don’t see this happening, so I think it may be
   isolated to your environment.
 * 5. What error mentioned above? I don’t follow this either. Please, be very thorough
   in documenting your issues. You are zoomed in. Take a step back, and help me
   understand where you are and what the problem is. It saves time for you and I
   to be very thorough in these write ups. You can even (recommended) give me a
   link. Even if it won’t work on my machine, it gives me the location of what page
   you are referring to.
 * 6. The invitation feature is for the front end. To allow users to send email
   invites to their friends/family/etc. If you don’t want it, never turn it on.
   It’s default is “don’t show” in the bid. So unless you actually said to show
   it, then you don’t have to worry.
 * 7. Are you talking about quotations? Like writing quotations? Or are you talking
   about quotes? No “quotations” are sent. The system does send quotes. Please advise.
 * 8. We recommend you play with the settings and test it out and see for yourself.
   But, I will answer your question. The configuration is so you can set your information.
   Your from line, what email address should be shown to the user, your default
   message. The email configuration is used for the invite feature. If a user invites
   one of their friends/family/co-workers/etc., then the email that invited person
   gets would show your email settings and default message.
 * I hope this helps. Please clarify the points above I did not understand and I
   will attempt to answer them in another round.
 * Thank you!

 * Hello Vikki05,
 * We were in communication about this over email. Some of the points you addressed
   will be resolved in our paid version of the plugin. Where users can enter bids,
   etc., via the front end.
 * Thanks!

 * Hi Dotsey.
 * Hope all is well with you. We know it’s been 6 months since you posted this but
   we wanted to see if you had any feedback on this plugin that could assist us
   with upcoming rollouts. Is there anything that the plugin is lacking and are
   there any specific needs that you have for the plugin?
