It’s called, AG Custom Admin ([http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ag-custom-admin/](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ag-custom-admin/)). That’s the title for Gravity Form in the dashboard sidebar. So, reading the add-on ‘how to’, I interpreted (wrongly) the reference to ‘Forms’ as the Gravity Forms sidebar header. * Silly me! * Thanks a lot for the help.
