You said the website was not for WordPress, but it is using WordPress CMS. You may mean that the theme is on WordPress.com? No, probably not. I personally publish as I go, assuming no one is really looking at a new site anyway. I then often manipulate the dates to put posts in the order I want before I start publicizing. * I’m wondering if you want a maintenance screen up so you don’t have to worry about it, maybe? Also, is it possible you moved the content or changed the permalink? OP likely thinks of those as default features, even though they are not. Makes it hard to help in a situation like this. Since your site is up, you must have wp-content and you must have the themes folder so I have to guess you are not looking in the right place. In your file manager these would not be in the ftp section. They’d be in a folder with the domain name or under public_html.
