Seem to be having the same problem. Removing
header(‘Content-Length: ‘ . filesize($file));
Did not work.
Strange thing is I just installed Zip attachements on a different domain (different theme) but I am getting the same error. I am wondering if its a recent wordpress update.
Where should the file normally be generated and I will try to play with permissions.
This used to work on a previous site but since we installed a new theme it stopped working.
