 * Hi, I’m also from Germany and have the same problem. The customers order in the
   shop and choose as payment on delivery (woocommer default cod), but I see in 
   the DHL label widget in the order no button or a check box for the function cash
   on delivery. I have stored in the plugin settings and the bank data for cash 
   on delivery. Does something have to be activated in the DHL Business Account?
 * Unfortunately I have many orders with COD. I hope you can help me.
