   to report back how this goes. I did some googling and found people who used other
   contact form plugin with office365 email and had a similar issue. Their suggestion
   is to change the MX (Mail Exchanger) in cPanel to “Remote Mail Exchanger.” Initially,
   the MX was set to “Automatically Detect Configuration” which might explain why
   it randomly worked. I’ve just changed it to “Remote Mail Exchanger” which will
   ensure that bluehost will not mess with any emails coming from the site. Let’s
   hope this works!

   email addresses set up through Microsoft 365. I’ve just talked to bluehost and
   they suggested that I contact Microsoft. Do you have an insight into this issue?

   in our spam box. We also use the Contact Form DB plugin and all the emails are
   stored in the database but usually only half arrive in our mailbox.
 * What kind of server changes should I be asking the host?
