Our company is willing to pay for support request even though we are using the basic form of your plugin which works fine for what the client expects. Just looking to get this resolved asap with working with NextGen and GoDaddy. Obviously something is happening on the backend. I don’t mind communicating this to GoDaddy or whoever and working to a resolve. This is very time consuming for me and its pictures that are posted from events daily and I meant hundreds of people hundreds of pictures. This pics have to be available within a few hours. I dont want to create extra steps and extra galleries by staging. What are the requirements I need to discuss with GoDaddy? I was thinking it was a limitation in your plugin as GoDaddy had advised me to speak with your company. If we needed to upgrade to a paid support contract (that’s fine too) i just need to know if we can work to get this resolved. We are a Carnival Cruise Line vendor and we are sharing thousand of photos a day. Once I reopened it with Paint and saved it, then it worked like a charm. It didn’t even show in IE.
