 * Thank you for your reply but just deleted your plugin since something is not 
   working properly and you suggest that it might be conflicting with the other 
   plugins.

 * Sorry, I am a “non-techie” and am not sure if I am looking in the right place
   but I don’t see any errors listed under Errors, Warnings or Debug in my Chrome
   browser under Developers Tools.
 * When I push the template button to try to insert the template, the whole screen
   becomes highlighted, but no drop down menu appears and no templates appear anywhere.

 * Hi again, Mike:
 * In looking further into the download link problem, I noticed that the header 
   saying “Your Order Is Complete – Download Your Files” is bold and in color, dominating
   the page like a button, while the actual link to the pdf is lower down the page
   in a very small font. I checked with the customer and, indeed, he was trying 
   to click on the header and THAT was the problem. The forced download link in 
   the small font works fine!

 * PS: I cleared all cookies, cache, etc. and restarted computer and browser but
   plugin remains on the admin panel list.

 * Worked great! That’s the look I wanted. My issues is resolved.
 * Just a point, though: I’ve had to learn about the style.css file in working on
   my site so I knew what you were talking about, but most newbies wouldn’t, so 
   it would be great to have alignment options built into the plugin or in some 
   documentation on your site.
 * But certainly appreciate your assistance! Thanks again.
