 * I have found the issue. It was happening due to file permissions. its FIXED now.

 * I have also faced the a fatal error in “wp-admin/includes/files.php—169 line 
   number” after activating the reduxframework plugin of version 5.3.9…I am working
   in localhost(wamp)…

 * Hi!,
 * I am working in localhost (xampp) and have installed “Redux Framework” plugin
   to check its functionality and working but when i activated the plugin my site(
   demo site) got crashed.
 * I have to remove the plugin to get it back in localhost. I have searched for 
   the solution in the forum and found that, someone gave a link for the to download
   the master file of the same but now the plugin after installing and activating
   the master file gave me the below error message…Pls help.
 * Call to undefined function wp_generate_password() in /var/www/html/ReduxWP/wp-
   admin/includes/file.php on line 169
 * I have checked the file but in no where now…
