 * I am going to have to admit user error on my part. Being so frustrated at it 
   not working, I troubleshot the install and realized that my security settings
   for my sites were to blame. The author might add some instructions for ensuring
   that users do a double check on the basics before asking for help, despite still
   not having heard from “support.”
