 * I disabled all non-essential plugins and unfortunately that did not help.
 * However, I went back to the dev site before it was migrated to Bluehost – the
   original dev website (not on Bluehost) sends the emails fine. The live website
   on Bluehost sends the raw HTML. The two websites are identical. 
   Are you aware
   of anything at hosting level that might cause this?
