 * Hi, Thanks for your quick response,
 * I think i am beginning to work out what the problem is.
 * Please can you confirm for the download url, what information can be changed 
   on the product download url for the previously purchased downloads to still recognise
   the download.
    1. can the file name be changed ?
    2. Can the file path be changed ?
 * I can nopt find these questions specifically answered anywhere in the help.
 * I need to know this as the download file is moved from a pre production server(
   file path) to a production server (different file path) and the file name is 
   changed to reflect its in production status.

 * I have the same problem that on login in the user still ends up on the url/user/
   username page instead of the re direct page
