 * I also get the same problem when just creating a new page & copying the html 
   over from my other page. Am I right in thinking its something to do with the 
   the new page not using the themes CSS? (because its missing the outlines/shading)

 * I’ve JUST figured it out. It was a simple fix.
 * I had previously looked into theme options via appearance menu but didn’t look
   at the actual edit page theme options.
 * Solution for the people as daft as me:
 * Go to edit page – theme options on right side – “show header on page” make sure
   its ticked.
