 * No worries, and thanks you prompt responses.
 * I found a work around for now by custom coding the values into the user page 
   in wordpress admin and using admin columns pro to show the fields the listing
   view of all users.

 * thanks for getting back so quickly.
 * so i have a few fields in the registration form that we would need to be reviewed
   by the client before granting the new user an advanced role above the default
   subscriber role. is that achievable?
 * i have got everything working and how we want it but have just come stuck on 
   the viewing the users from an admin perspective and how to manage them on a more
   deeper level
