 * may be talking to myself here , but here goes.
 * In addition to the issue above, I now have a more serious issue in that the plugin
   will not stop downloading posts , for example this morning after clearing all
   pending posts the plugin has downloaded around 25,000 items mostly duplicate 
   posts.
 * This is becoming an issue, I’ve emailed [wpsupport@90min.com](https://wordpress.org/support/users/stricky1967/replies/wpsupport@90min.com?output_format=md)
   but no joy.
 * Has anyone else experienced this with this plugin? is there a workround? do I
   have to subscribe to newsnow instead?
