I’m going to ask a dev to have a look at it. Unfortunately I can’t use your widget instead as my theme only allows 1 widget per area in the footer and I display more info (social media) below the subscription form (not visible on my screenshot because of the space that was added), so I’m using an HTML widget to display all of it. The issue is that when I trash it in the back- end, I get the usual message saying that’s it has been trashed, but I can still see it in the published products and nothing in my bin. Unfortunately it won’t work for me as the person who creates and publishes the galleries is all but a geek and doesn’t know (nor want to know…) what a shortcode is. The fm_users table simply hadn’t been created for some reason, so I’ve imported it manually. Do you know why it wasn’t created? I have tried to log in to my dashboard using a different wifi network but still have the issue, although it looks like it’s not rejecting me with the same IP address all the time, just as you’ve described it. I also wonder how long I’m going to be stuck with it 🙁 Can’t anyone help or suggest any workaround ?
