 * Thats strange, have you tried to restart the app?
 * It should be recognized buy clicking the refresh button next to the dropdown 
   list of your shops or when switching shop.
 * Also be sure that the plugin is both installed AND activated.
 * If this does not help, please deactivate your plugins one after another until
   it works, then please let us know which plugin causing you trouble (or theme).
