 * [@rvs2141](https://wordpress.org/support/users/rvs2141/) ,
 * Could you please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Smart
   Manager plugin.
 * Further, request you to create a test product using ‘WooCommerce > Products’
menu and try reproducing the same issue using it and do let me know your views.
You could even try to edit fields other than ‘regular price / sale price’ and
do let us know if that works or not.
 * If the issue still persists, then we’ll need to isolate what’s really causing
this problem. Here’s something that will help:
    - Install a free theme like [Twenty Twenty](https://wordpress.org/themes/twentytwenty/)
or [Storefront](https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/) but do not activate/
      switch your current theme
    - Install the free plugin [Health Check & Troubleshooting](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)

on your site – this plugin is developed by the WordPress.org team and is pretty
good at diagnosing problems in such situations.
    - Once the health check plugin is installed, keep only WooCommerce and Smart
Manager plugins active for the admin side and try to reproduce the issue you
reported. Make sure to do this only for the admin side – that way visitors
to your site won’t be affected.
    - [Here’s a nice article that explains this process.](https://woocommerce.com/document/troubleshooting-using-health-check/)
    - If the issue does not occur, it means the problem is with some other plugin.
You may try activating/deactivating a combination of plugins to figure out
      exactly what causes the problem.
 * Do try the above steps and let us know your views.

 * Would like to update you that translation plugins like Polylang creates copy
of the products for each of the language. And as Stock Manager for WooCommerce
plugin does fetch all the products from database, it will display one entry for
each of the translations for every product.
 * Explaining further, currently, it’s not possible to display only particular language
products in Stock Manager for WooCommerce plugin. However, we have made a note
of it and will keep you posted about it.

 * Note for moderators:
This user had purchased another StoreApps premium plugin–
Bulk Variations Manager and their refund were declined. So they are now posting
1-star reviews on our plugins. They even posted a 1-star review recently on Smart
   Manager([here](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/beware-of-storeapps/)) which
   was removed.
 * We think this review is also invalid so request you to kindly remove it.

 * Currently using the advanced search functionality of Smart Manager plugin, you
can surely search for string containing `-1` or any such other strings.
 * But for specifically searching products starting/ending with a specific string,
we are currently working on the same and will surely update here once it has
   been released.

 * Sorry, currently using Stock Manager for WooCommerce plugin, It is not possible
to clean up the stock logs. However, you can surely clean up the same at the
WordPress database level from the `stock_log` custom table added by the plugin.
 * Also, we have taken a note of the same as a valuable suggestion and will surely
think of implementing the same in the future versions.
