Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: How do I increase the gap at the top of every blog post?
Thank you so much, Yogesh, that worked perfectly!
Steve, I’m not sure what you’re trying to tell me, but I’m sure it’s very helpful. As before, I’m not versed in CSS, but I appreciate you taking the time to reach out and help.
Now I’ll try and see what you’re trying to tell me 🙂
@mushlih Did you get an answer to this?
I need a child theme I can just install. I don’t want to make one, just download and install one for the SupermagPro theme. I have the hard code that needs to be added to the funcions.php file, just need the child theme, fast!
Where can I get it?
In the interest of being fair, I finally got the developer to respond and fix this issue. I am now able to post to my wp user frontend form.
And five months later the same issue still exists yet he continues to sell his theme knowing there is a problem.
Then when you contact him, he blames it on WP, it’s not updated, but then you show him proof that everything works when his theme is disabled.
This theme looks great but the developer has no interest in fixing the its issues. So now I have disabled my client’s sticky bar and hey presto Wo User Frontend Pro form works, I’m able to write in it, but the site now looks like crap without the sticky bar, but hey, as long as you have the money mate, thanks for nothing!Forum: Plugins

Have you gone through this thread? It helped me solve my problem.
Thank you. In the interest of helping others that may have this problem, here’s what I did below.
Temporarily renaming the plugins folder via FTP allowed me to be able to login into my dashboard again.
All plugins were deactivated at that point.
I then, still using FTP, renamed the plugins folder back to its original name “plugins”
I then went back to my plugins and started reactivating them one by one. After each activation, I refreshed my homepage (opened in another tab window) until I was able to replicate the original error again.
At that point, I knew which plugin was causing the problem, so went back to FTP, renamed it to any random name, then back to my homepage, refreshed it and boom! All working well again.
Thank you for your help.
Thank you so much Andrew, that worked! Really appreciate your help and have a good one mate!
Not sure, I’m not that strong with CSS. I use the standard point and click features usually. can you add more details where I might find the custom CSS settings fro this theme?
Thanks for the Easy FancyBox tip. I’ve been struggling for hours trying to figure out why I was getting duplicate images with Lightbox Plus ColorBox (latest version installed today).
Got rid of it and Easy FancyBox did the job!
Thx, i do not want the header to expnd the full width of the pgage just the the same size as the table.
I already tried to adjust the style sheet to 950px (the length of the header image), but all that did was to expand the heaser area beyond the table below.
I have limited skiills to fix this so inspecting code, albeit a good suggestion is beyond my capabilities.Forum: Plugins

ok, will do, thanks.
Oh, just realized what you meant.
I’m referring to my profile here on this forum, not in my WP blog. Anyway, I just cleared my cache and cookies but still have the same issue.
Don’t know if you guys send notification emails when someone replies to a post. That’s the main reason why I’d like to change my address.
Thanks for the feedback guys, much appreciated.
A repeating calendar is not high up on our agenda, no. So that’s not such a pressing issue.
I’m maintaining a non-profit breast cancer awareness site for my client, you can see it here: http://www.fightpink.com and wanted to add a public calendar as described above for our future visitors to post info about fund raising events in their local area.
I’ll take a look at Even Calendar 3 and see what i can do with that to stat with.
Thank you once again for your help. That’s all very kind of you all.
