 * I am having the same problem. My time is set right, but scheduled posts do go
   as scheduled. When I open the post after the scheduled time, and click “update”
   the post immediately publishes. Don’t understand, can anyone help?

 * Thanks for you help. It turns out that it was a broken plugin. All fixed now.
