 * Thanks, Ralden and Shawon. Sorry for the delayed response; I was talking with
   my client about how to proceed. We’d hoped we wouldn’t have to install SMTP, 
   since that looks like it could be a bit time consuming, but it looks like we 
   might not have a choice.
 * We’ll let you know if we keep having issues once that’s installed. Thanks again
